Yes! First remove the foam or polyester insert from the bed, because these pieces cannot be washed. The cover can then be washed- for best results turn the cover inside out before washing. To wash, set your machine to gentle wash, low temperature and use only low sudsing detergent. To dry, use a low heat and tumble dry. Once the cover is completely dry, zip the foam back into the bed and let your dog(s) enjoy!


Yes. We do not store credit cards, and the shopping cart is secured with a secured server license for your protection.


No, right now we only ship within the United States, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.


Once your order is placed, you cannot modify it, but you can return the item if you wish. See below.


If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and is subject to 10% Restocking Fee.

You can either exchange the bed for another or request a refund for the products. Refunds are still subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.
